Join us for an in-depth study of Colossians. Discover how Paul's message of the Supremacy of Christ transforms lives in his day and ours. (Colossians 1:18 And he (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have supremacy.) Facilitated by Bruce McCamant and John Shearer.

Spanish Language Adult Class

9:30 am; Classroom A-30

Join this Spanish language class as we study the content of each of the Old Testament books, (Genesis to Malachi), and the historical events that give context to the books to gain an understanding of the overarching principles contained in the Old Testament. Based on materials from Concordia Seminary authored by Rev. R. Dominguez, and centered around showing how the Old Testament spoke of the coming Christ.By relating Biblical stories with personal circumstances, we will recognize the place and the presence of God in our lives. Young Adults & College

9:30 am; Shared Ministry Offices (SMO)

Any 18-30 yrs olds are invited to join us as we study scripture, apply it to our lives, and enjoy breakfast snacks & coffee throughout the discussion. Safe place to talk about faith, ask questions, and just be real. Contact Jennifer Gross (817-475-7551) for information.
